So I just received the TR style front lip, seems to have more waves in it than the Pacific Ocean. Doesn’t fit up anything close to the installation video Car Studio has posted. Shipping box wasn’t damaged. I’m a bit disappointed, frankly it looks like a $49 EBay part. Question is, did anyone else with the Pro Studio front lip have fitment issues. The warpage and gaps are bad enough I don’t want to just install it and hope everything straightens out, nor do I want to try reshaping it with a heat gun. Even with a second set of hands I couldn’t get it to fit flush:

Mine fit perfectly, no issues with gaps or warping. See below, is yours the sport hatch or non-sport?

Yeah, so far their response is “ warpage seems normal, heat it up a bit and it’ll be ok”. Not really confidence inspiring.

Not to defend them but this is normal for ans plastic parts especially lips. Heat it up with a heat gun or hair dryer and it should flex back into position or jist leave it out on a hot day

This. Using a heatgun or blowdryer on it should get it back to it's original shape. If not, try reaching out to ProCivic again.

Sorry to resurrect this dinosaur... mine came in the mail last month and it appears to be about 2 inches too short. ProCivic basically told me the same crap, “leave it out in the sun for a while”. Did the heat wind up fixing yours?

More or less.... leaving it out in the sun helped, but didn't remove all the warping and twists, I had to use a heat gun. Even then, if I look hard enough, there's still some minor twisting along the leading edge of the lip after installation.
