Thought Id share some photos between the two.
I couldnt find a side by side comparison.
V1 with PRL symbol
V2 is without the PRL symbol

V2 is bigger by:
1 inch longer
1/2 inch deeper
1/4 inch taller

Piping difference: everything is the same except two things.
1. Mount plate on the piping above the trans
2. Coupler is shorter on the passenger connecting part of the intercooler

All the pipes are the same except the coupler on the passenger side part of the intercooler is bit longer on the v1.

PRL's side states to contact them if you plan to fit the v2 core to the v1 pipes.

PRL responded through FB this morning and said the V2 core will mount to the V1 charge pipes. I got an email from PRL saying i need a $100 adapter to use the V1 charge pipes with the new V2 core. So I'm not sure what I need at this point. @PRL Motorsports help?

Got a photo of your core? I may know what that $100 is for.

Nah, no pics. it's been almost 4 years since it was installed. i think we are chatting on facebook too. after emailing PRL a bit more they confirmed that the adapter will be necessary.

PRL confirmed if you have the V1 charge pipes you need the V2 core + V2 adapters at an additional $100 cost.
