It could have been a bent heat shield. I did not need to drill anything out.

Not too small in my own words(per say), but too small on the oem shield... in regards to where the PRL DP didn't align with the OEM shields holes. As stated though, it does work and should for anyone as if the holes are off or anything is bent, it's fairly easy to correct.Yep. Nothing you can do if a hole on the oem shield is too small.
Mine fit good.Anyone have to modify the factory heatsheild in order to make it fit the PRL catted downpipe. I was thinking about just leaving it off.
