Does installing this require a tune? Also, is it pointless to run this without one on a stock si?
Only mod I have is your stage 1 intake drop in filter with the silicone intake hose.

Only mod I have is your stage 1 intake drop in filter with the silicone intake hose.

It does not require a tune, for optimal performance however we do recommend one. It does eliminate airflow restrictions with the turbo and reduces heat soak.

I already have your CAI, Race MAF, intercooler with your intake / output tubes, Ethanol kit, and I'm tuned by DROB. I would probably want to get my tune tweaked again by him if I get this wouldn't I? I'd be curious to see how much of a difference this makes for me. I'm full bolt on minus a turbo upgrade.

It definitely would not hurt and you would notice the most difference if you did have your tune tweaked a bit for it.
