Why is that?I'd swap to a Cobra intake first then go with the DP.

The stock clutch on a new civic 1.5T is going to be hit and miss as far as what power it will be able to handle. Some have reported slippage and have less than 1000 miles. Our DP/FP will work fine on a stock clutch and alot of our customers will run this set up on such.I plan on getting the PRL downpipe/ frontpipe combo. I have the 27won inake and kTuner w/ TSP Stage 1 tune. I plan on upgrading from stock clutch in the future but in the meantime, what do you guys think of running the dp/fp combo on the stock clutch. My car has 26k miles and i've been DD and rarely spirit drive this thing. I think i installed kTuner at like 9k miles. Car is almost 2 years old.
Thanks for the input! Exactly what I was looking for.The stock clutch on a new civic 1.5T is going to be hit and miss as far as what power it will be able to handle. Are u able to use the prl catted downpipe on cvt 1.5t with ktuner base maps or is that unsafe ??Customers can rest assured that when they buy a PRL product that it performs and fits like a premium product. That's the market we are here for and will continue to strive to be. Just know that we will stand behind our products 100%.
Adapterss will be free with pre-orders, pricing is undecided yet. We have no plans on an angled o2 adapter, butnwe may offer them as a drop down option, not made by us. Pm your info please.
Correct sir.
You can absolutely run our DP on your CVT safely in conjunction with your ktuner base maps.Are u able to use the prl catted downpipe on cvt 1.5t with ktuner base maps or is that unsafe ??
I'm not PRL, but yes.@PRL Motorsports does the front pipe work with both the version 1 and 2 downpipe?

Our FP will work with both version of the DP, The DP does not come with an o2 adapter, gaskets and bolts are the required hardware, you can bolt our FP and DP to the stock exhaust, Thanks for inquiring!I got the catless dp/fp, was it supposed to come with an O2 adapter? is it needed? All I received were the gaskets and bolts
Also does this bolt to stock exhaust or will something custom be needed?
@PRL Motorsports
Lol he ain't going to reply as he's done with 10th gens on stock ecu'sWtf it has a cvt transmission almost anything could be too big
With the catted downpipe? Is it possible to pass inspection? I’ve gotten the po139 which is o2 slow response, so I disabled it. Currently I have the o2 and evap sensors. not ready.Our FP will work with both version of the DP, The DP does not come with an o2 adapter, gaskets and bolts are the required hardware, you can bolt our FP and DP to the stock exhaust, Thanks for inquiring!

No, but you'll have a CEL. You'll also get more power out of them with a tune.Just ordered a catted fp/dp combo.
Is a custom tune required ?
