Not sure if anyone has logged one with a bov, but it doesn't even take wot, if it builds any boost in part throttle its going to blow off
right, I was just saying go WOT so you build full boost so you have plenty of air that's already been metered escaping, so the results (if there are any) should be easier to see. if you only go partial and build a few pounds what little bit of air you lose might not be enough to really catch an effect happening (again, IF it happens).

Also, what will the warranty be for this part? I didn't see any mention of a warranty on your website.

You are paying 650 because it's PRL. It's a quality downpipe. They use the best of materials. Their downpipe will most likely beat any of the other competitors. Do it right the first time, may cost a little more but in the end you getting a better product. And like me and others that have ordered from prl in the past, we have had good experiences and if I had a defective product, they replaced it. They are a good company imo.

We worked with our material supplier(s) and got the cost down to $624.99 and $749.99 for a catted version.

The warranty for this product will be the same as with the rest of our products. We stand behind our products 100%, we will warranty product fitment and any defects, including failed welds (cracks) if there ever were to be any. We will not cover any issues caused by bottoming out the car or anything of that nature. As for warranty on the cat, we are deciding how we would like to attack this. It's not that we don't trust the piece we have chosen, but there are other factors to consider with it. We will update accordingly.

We are a fan of the one-and-done mindset. Do it right once and never worry about it again. Thanks!

LOL 600 for a downpipe. My f80 m3 downpipe is $600. And there is 2 Down pipes not one. Crazy
I kinda feel the same since I got the pair for my n54 for 400 but at this time you really got no other options. BUT this also includes the mid pipe and if you get in early you get it all for 510 bucks including the exhaust adapter... Still undecided if I'm gong to jump in early or wait for more options. I wish they would just give me free run of the benders, mill, welder at work to make my own...
