Is the MAF installed the right way? No sure if it is possible to install it the wrong way around.

Yank out that battery and get it tested.
I had a mechanic drop by and he did a scan.

He got a bunch of errors related to pcm and voltage issue with the maf.

I'm going to take it to a shop tomorrow

Just an update.

The shop fixed my issue by cleaning fuel Injector. They said spark plug was flooded with gasoline.

Rip or you mean gap?
You see that rip at the top? Small part of the tube material is cut, where it looks like a bunch of small wires coming out, bunched together. Wondering if that's fine or will heat cause it to get even worse.

I read gap is okay right?

The silicone is 4 ply so that fray of the threads will not affect anything negatively. The gap you are seeing can be minimized/eliminated if you were to loosen the box up, clamp down the silicone before tightening down the box to get it to fit properly.

I'll try that out! Is the gap okay though if I were to.leave it like that?

We designed the silicone with a 2-4mm gap as tolerances vary from car to car. As long as you are able to get the clamp around the inlet piping and silicone you will be fine. :)

Genuinely curious - how did you manage to impact your spark plugs in the course of swapping out an intake? o_O

To be honest I have no idea.

1. I installed Intake
2. Car cranked but didnt start (tried 3 more times)
3. I reinstalled stock intake
4. Car cranked but didnt start
5. It's the next day now
6. Randomly decide to start the car. It worked!
7. I reinstalled PRL intake
8. Car started for about 5 seconds then died

Took it to the shop 48 hours later, was informed that they cleaned injectors as it was filled with gas. Car started fine after that, all error codes gone.

I have no idea lol
