PRL intake hose versus stock intake hose

I've been running the PRL silicone hose/AEM Dryflow combo for a while but decided to revert to the stock intake hose. The difference was very noticeable but not in the way you might think.

With the stock hose/AEM the car seems to accelerate a bit smoother but my mileage is down by 2-3 MPG. I haven't datalogged this but does it mean the car was running leaner with the PRL hose?

Hi what did you end up using long term? Stock or PRL?

PRL and I've been happy. I use that with an aFe Pro Dry S filter. Nice little combo.
