PRL Downpipes disappeared from PRL website

Has anyone else noticed on PRL Motorsports website that there are no downpipes to be found? I think I've seen them listed a little more than a week ago and was just browsing the site today and couldn't find any downpipes for any Honda.

I heard they can't source the materials to make them at the moment.

I wonder if they had to recycle all the materials from the catless with the new regs? Probably hard to get cat materials right now as well with all the theft and shipment issues.

did they stop making catless downpipes? I had to put my stop cat back on my car and was going to sell mine. went on eBay and also their site and noticed that they are not showing up anywhere

It's now illegal in the US to sell Catless DP, so all american manufacturers have stopped producing them/selling them.

They have been illegal for a while now no? They mostly sell them for off-road purposes

I wanted to order a prl or invidia catless donwpipe last year but suddenly that was no longer possible so I had to look for another company that did sell this

The EPA cracked down on companies in the US selling those items lately. You can still find catless downpipes on ebay but they are Chinese made cheaper products and the EPA can't go after products made in other countries. A lot of the tuners even are basing their businesses in other countries so they can't be fined for selling ecu's/hondata/ktuners and tunes in the US.

It has been illegal to run them for a while, yes. It is now illegal for them to SELL them.

The only hope everyone here has is PRL gets their high flow downpipe with the GESI catalytic converters CARB approved. I'm expecting a 3 to 5-year approval process but even I don't know how fast CARB approves the stuff.

All I have to the speed of the approval process is COBB who is also in the process of getting CARB approval for their GESi downpipes for models of Ford, Subaru, and Volkswagen, Audi.
