Wait, the PRL Cobra CAI is legal in California for smog tests? Unless it comes with a CARB approved decal for your engine bay it won't pass smog. Call the manufacturer and ask them if it includes a CARB sticker for California Smog.Nov 3, 2018

AFAIK the only CARB legal intake is the Mishimoto intake. You can just throw on the stock parts if you need to smog, but I believe with newer cars you dont have to smog them if the car is less than 8 years old.
