What made you decide to go catted if you don't mind me asking?

I decided to go catted for legal reasons as I'm bout to move states and also I needed to get a pro tune in order for better runability. I ended up going with MAP catted as they can supply me a tune for stage 2 and I don't know of a tuner around to do my pro tune for catless.

How does the catted compare to catless? In terms of sound/pull.
