So I'm still learning, obviously. As a female, I have had a very difficult time a) getting useful feedback from others [aside from you guys], b) reassurance on the things/ideas I had for modifying my ride, and most frustrating of them all --> c) getting someone/businesses to do the work/labor I wanted done when I did decide. That said, I like to think I did pretty good for my very first time figuring everything out from wheel & tire sizing, backspacing, offsets, hub centric rings, lug types/sizes, etc. For the most part, I had to figure it all out on my own. The only thing I wish I would have known to do differently was to have gone with 245 instead of 235. Had I known what "stretched tires" was, I could have purchased more accordingly. Nonetheless, I don't think they are too terribly bad, but I will be replacing them with 245s when the time comes.

Thank you to everyone here who didn't give me the run-around when I asked questions and didn't make me feel stupid for asking the ones I did. I literally knew nothing about any of this starting out. It was scary dropping so many benjamins on ordering parts online when I had no idea what I was doing or what it all would even look like in the end. So thanks guys - for the guidance along the way! It only took 16 months to get her finished, but here's Baby A in all her glory! :)

Hey first off love the build. That white/black combo is hard to beat ?. Secondly, ive been wanting to run a similar setup with a 18x9.5 35mm offset wheel with a 245 tire. I've been looking all over the internet to see if I can run it without clearance issues but can't seem to find anything. If you know or do eventually run that setup your looking for can you let me know? Thanks

Thank ya! I certainly will. I’ve had the same problem. Most all my feedback was assurance that the 235s wouldn’t rub. I waited long enough to go ahead with wheels, I couldn’t wait any longer! I’ll definitely still be searching to find out for sure if the 245s are an issue on the 18x9.5 wheels. When I find out, I’ll sure let know.

Thank you! I almost went with a hatch, but I’m glad I decided on a Si.

Would you mind taking some wider angle photos such as a side photo showing the whole car and a straight on photo showing the poke? Thanks!

Off topic question: is that spoiler a Honda part, or aftermarket?

Curious, where did you buy your spacers? Looking for a good set.

Humm I bought them a long ago on eBay...they weren't expensive...they even make them hub centric...if you shop a bit for 5x114.3 spacer 5mm you'll find them..they look just like this...and they can be used with the stock studs they are long enough it's safe...makes a nice difference even with stock wheels. I recommend them

They are made of stainless steel that's why they are durable and cheap...I wouldn't buy the aluminum ones they could crack. Also they don't rust I run them all year long and even with the harsh winters we have up here they still look just fine.
Also 8mm is too much for stock studs but 5mm is fine...8 mm is the other common thickness but it requires longer aftermarket studs...
