rpf1's are always a good option for inexpensive light wheels and come in just about any size you would ever want1st post! I have a 2018 Civic Hatchback LX or Sport coming in Sonic Grey on order. (Dealer trying to locate one that is a manual)
Stock 18" wheels on the sport are almost 30lbs. Looking to get some high performance wheels for mpg (even 1), acceleration, and deceleration for under $1000. Will not be lowering until maybe next year. Questions:
- Anybody running 17's? These would be cheaper, and lighter. Not sure if they'll look funny, everybody rocking 18's here.
- Looking at the O.Z Alleggerita HLT's right now. Weight below 20lbs is what I'm looking for.
- Are wheels fragile when this light?
- Any budget and still performance friendly tires out there?
