They will look good. They will be closer to flush than stock, and will look good and meaty with a wider tire but still fit the stock fine
Thanks for the assurance. I feel more confident in my order with that feedback. Now if they would just hurry up and get my wheels out the door.

18x8.5 + 42 will have the edge of the wheel be 14mm closer to the fender compared OE wheels.

My 18x9 +45 wheels are 17mm closer to the fender compared to OE wheels if you wanted a reference pic:

Thank you, that looks great! If mine are only 3mm farther from the fender I think I will be happy with that. I'll be back in a week or two with pics of them installed. 😎

gah I can’t decide if I want to go for a 5 or 6 spoke look… now I’m thinking 6 spokes again ?
I personally find the 5 spokes look off if you haven't done a brake upgrade. Makes it look empty. I hope to a brake upgrade but may just stay OEM due the the rear brakes not being able to be swapped because of E-brake. So my plan is to buy a new set of OEM calipers and get them powder coated, get slotted rotors and some ceramic pads.

Gramlights as well. Just had these put on with 265/35/18 Sumitumo tires on stock suspension. You can’t tell but there is a wheel gap in the wheel well 🤣 It overall rides well. Happy with it.

I picked up Drag DR67 wheels (18x8.5, 35mm offset) and Pirelli Zero PZ4 tires, which were carrying a nice rebate. Just waiting on replacement H logo center caps now. Such an improvement over the stock wheels.

Hi everyone, I am new to the forum and to car mods. I own a 2020 Honda Civic LX and am looking to replace the steel wheels with a set of 16" aftermarket wheels that would look good on the stock 215/55 R16 tires. I know the selection is pretty limited. So far I found the Konig Control and Fast Wheels Orbit (reps). Does anyone here run aftermarket 16s and have photos to share? Thanks in advance!
