Those will be fine ... make sure to get some hub centric adaptors since those wheels have a 73.1mm center bore and you will need a 64.1mm version... if they have it

You can run without them but you might have some unwanted vibration... most wheel companies have the hub centric adaptors that they will sell with you wheel.. you should ask them.

xxr's look so beautiful but have horrific tales on how bad they are in terms of reliability... too many scare tales on the web.. I am a huge fan of these in hyper black..

I guess it depends on where and how you drive, there are plenty of people who have no issues either. I like the chromium black but they didn't have any where I got mine. I'll end up powder coating them later.
