I have very small dents there on 19 si. There's more than a handful at my dealer like this too. A friend removed them with PDR and they came back the same, maybe a little worse so don't bother with PDRing them.

I was worried about that if they offered PDR to fix mine. I said what happens if it just comes back or develops on the drivers side too? They didn't have an answer yet.

If you tap around on that c pillar it sounds like that dented spot is more solid. I think the sheet metal is glued or epoxied to the pillar in that area so when the chassis flexes it bends and distorts the sheet metal. I think that's why it returns, and if you fatigue the metal back to normal it looks worse when it happens again.

Yes, it's not there on my 19 si sedan. As I said someone posted on Facebook.

Hi guys,
I read a post on FB civic group about a small dent near c pillar. Apparently as per his post Honda is issuing a recall for all civic Sedan owners irrespective of trim.

I will accept a coupe anyday if they plan on recalling

Dents have started appearing on my 2020 CR-V in the same area on C pillar within a few days of ownership. I have twelve to date all along on both C pillars only. Some even appeared while I was out of state. Pictures on jmnyc.

So I should be fine with the CTR as it is certainly a hatchback not a sedan.

thanks for revitalizing a dead thread, I didn’t know about this.

TL;dr is there anything I can do to get Honda to fix this dent on my 2016 EX sedan?

In my situation considering that these dents appeared sporadically it doesn't make sense to repair them now. Odds are that they will reappear by time time the lease is up.
