Popping noise coming from exhaust

I drive a ‘20 civic si with TSP Stage 1 (no other mods). When driving in second gear and shifting into 3rd at high RPM I hear a popping sound coming from my exhaust. It sounds like it happens as soon as I depress the clutch. I’ve noticed it on all maps. Is this a serious issue?
