2020 Civic Si Sedan.... nothing major done to it, a daily driver since I bought it back in 2020 before Covid hit.
Car is about to go through a conversion.... gonna become Wife's daily car soon, which means... gotta make it more comfortable.....

First change, wife doesn't like the orange side markers, I've been trying to sell these LED smoked side markers for a while.... they are going back. HFP front lip was also removed

JDM yellow fogs weren't selling fast enough, she took a look at them... she wanted them on the SI

changed type-r knob to the OEM Si one

Had to swap the Type-r armrest pieces to the leather ones.... currently for sale... will need some cleaning

Another change to the car.... going back to stock airbox.... Custom intake will be for sale

Modified the upper half of the intake by trimming some inner panels

Update, interior is going to change......

going with a Gray/Black interior theme

gotta change the Chrome tip vents to Gloss black, in order to do that... the upper cluster dash has to come out..... first step..... removing the top steering column trim.... you gotta make sure the steering wheel is in this orientation before shutting the car off.... pry that up, and leave it there

Next, remove the side console pieces

then, remove the climate control panel, no need to remove the harness plug.
remove the screws holding the headunit, pop it out, and leave it hanging there, it will be fine... it has good lower support

remove the upper cluster visor trim.... the tabs are at an angle.... all you have to do, us push the ends up.... take your time.... and don't be afraid... the clips won't brake since they are angled upwards

Next, we need to remove these screws....

put the sensor away as shown below

I always like to remove this trim piece before taking out the cluster dash.... mainly because it is easier to take out when it is in the car...

remove the passenger side trim vent.... push out the end towards the headunit first... and slowly work your way towards the vent, by gently prying the bottom part of the trim

next, we need to loosen up this trim piece, just pull the bottom section out, and let it hang

remove these two screws...

pull this trim piece away from the car, be gentle

at this point, you will have everything out of the way in order to remove the upper dash trim.
slowly start pulling it towards you.... take your time in this stage.... once loose, unplug the hazard switch

finally out...

remove the screws holding the vents in place....

put the black ones in, and put everything back in the car in reverse order

This is one of my favorite mods, why would you ditch them for leather?!? It matches the Si interior perfectly also

cleaned them up.... the leather ones are for sale again

here is a quick guide on how to remove the door panels, in order to change the trim accents

pry this up

unplug connections

there is only one screw keeping it in place

starting on this area, pull the door panel towards you, there are green clips keeping the panel in place

unplug this connector

now you are ready to remove the trim, there four screws keeping in place
