Plastic piece in front of skid plate ID?

Due to having to drive backwards over some speed bumps (f*** snow and people getting stuck), I ripped this piece of plastic in half. It connects right on the skid plate and it's just dragging right now. Anyone know what the part # is for a replacement? It looks like it may all be one big piece (is it this? https://parts.sonshonda.com/products/11451485/74110-TBC-A00.html) 2016 Coupe EXL

I crawled under there and it definitely is a separate piece of plastic (so hopefully it's not a $300 part lol). I bent it back into place (there's a little shelf it tucks into) and zip tied it. Two of the mounting holes ripped off, so it definitely needs replacing eventually, but I think I'll roll with it for the winter. There's a little damage to the corner of the skid plate, but it looks fixable if I take it off and hammer it.

Yeah, that's it. I took it off to repair it because I'm cheap.

...and this whole issue was cause by da dah da dah, the dealer never re-installed the two front bolts (90105-TBA-A00) when doing an oil change. The holes weren't stripped out, so I know they didn't get ripped out. This plastic piece was hanging down, low enough to catch the speedbump. Le sigh. All fixed now.
