Any suggestion on how to remove the scratches on the exterior plastic door panel?

It wont do it back to 100% because I see small gashes, but put a hair dryer on high (or a heat gun if you have one) up to the trim. Be careful not to melt the plastic. What you're doing is basically melting the very outer layer and it will go back to black. The scratches you will just have to live with tho.
