I drove with tune and car would not pick up speed or psi would not go up. I turned back and parked it. Can I use stock tune til I get new custom tune?

If you're no longer getting boost you may have left something loose. The downpipe shouldn't need much in the way of adjustment, unless you're trying to pull things back on the low end.
I double checked everything today. Everything looks good. Boost is at -10 at idle and won’t go over -4 when I try and drive. I can’t reach 30 mph. I used base maps and having the same problem.

I'm assuming you went into limp mode. Did you get a CEL?

Thanks for help. I would hate to remove downpipe just to reinstall it
