Hey guys!

I have a 2019 2.0L Civic Sport Coupe and I want to add some performance mods to boost the HP and make it a bit more peppy ☺

I have experience with body mods but I have next to no experience with engine/performance mods.

So really what I'm asking is for some advise on what the best first steps are when it comes to adding more HP to a stock car, and eventually looking into installing a turbo and/or a basic stage 1 tune.

Any help is greatly appreciated! ?

Ktuner #1
Then I’d do rv6 downpipe, catted or catless on your preference

What he said.
Ktuner in general has better support from base to Si models. Hondata for Type R.
Also, just keep in mind, the CVT can't exactly hold that much torque/HP so I wouldn't go crazy looking for mods. Tuner first and try it out for sure

Cool thanks. Yeah I'm really not trying to go crazy on it, if I was I would get a separate build which will eventually happen further down the road ? For the downpipe, does it make a difference if I have the regular 2.0L or the 1.5L turbo engine?

Yeah the 1.5 has a turbo so the exhaust piping is a little more complicated
I have the catless downpipe and it made a big difference. (‘16 civic lx)Just wish I got the ktuner first. I actually went: intake, exhaust, tuner
Should’ve gone the other way

AFAIK there is no support for the 10th platform on the 2.0 NA by Hondata.

thanks for the photos! isn't it better to get the catted downpipes? and is a stage one tune fine on a stock engine?
