Panels Coming Off

Hey, Everyone. I was observing my Civic Touring the other day and noticed that the turn panel on the left side of the vehicle is coming off!! It's not flush against that car, like on the right side. Has anyone experienced this yet? I've attached pictures for you guys to see and maybe give me some advice. I was thinking about bringing it to the dealership to have them fix it when I get my oil change.
