Painted red brake calipers

I outsourced Si rotors, calipers+brackets, and dust shields. Had to replace new front bearings to install front rotor shield. Rear rotor shields I just cut and slipped over. And installed stainless steel brake lines. Came out great!

Do you know if swapping the Brembo calipers from a Type R will fit on the other standard trims like the EX's rotors?

So...like a huge ass brembo high performance caliper on a tinny ass economy car rotor setup ?

Even if it would work which I would assume it wont...it would look gettho weird at best. Like spray painted red calipers.

Ive done mine with the thick ceramic stuff you apply with a paint brush its a kit and I chose color black to keep attention on the wheels instead...I painted them 2 years ago (2 winters mind you as well) and they still perfect no rust ?

I have drilled and slotted rotors, but they are the same size as the OEM non type R rotors

If youre gunna get brembos prolly need bigger rotors. At that point just do a brake kit upgrade. I got the z23 evolution drilled and slotted sport rotors and carbon fiber ceramic pads i put them on my lancer right before i traded it in for my civic lol. Now putting them on the civic after 5 years on oem ones. Should be a better look Forshure. I will be spending most of my day tm cleaning n sanding the calipers for paint

My whole body hurts from all the work today I used a wire brush on a drill and a sand bit to remove old paint and then grinded / sanded them n painted. New rotors n pads being installed next just painted over the old pads cus Im boutta switch em
