Who use's the heat shield? That is what wrap is for.

Torque Toolbox had a great video with temperature logs with impacts to heatsoak. The shields work great.

Not debating heat wrap doesn't work - it does. It's not the best, but it's not the worst.

Oh for sure, there will always be something better. I just prefer wrap makes my life easier.

Who use's the heat shield? That is what wrap is for.

Im using the top section of the heat shield, plus wrap, plus turbo inlet wrap. Its a matter of preference and it only helps.
