P2261 ( Turbo bypass control valve stuck closed)

2019 Type R won't boost more than 10 psi, threw a check engine light and it was a P2261. Currently running a Hondata tune for Catless PRL DP w/Mishimoto Intake. I got this code two days after running the downpipe, not sure if related or not.... Any insight?

I've received this error. It would come and go randomly for months...finally brought it to Honda a few months ago, repaired under warranty (replaced bypass valve)

My car had the following mods:

Hondata 93 basemap
PRL HVI

No issues since.

Found the issue today. There was a tear in the vacuum line running into the bypass control valve. I think it got pinched or something during the DP install... Regardless, the issue has been resolved now. ?
