P0139 Emission Light issues

I installed my prl cai and the skunk2 downpipe and frontpipe combo about a month ago and I started getting the P0139 emission light. I had taken it to a shop and they said I need a tune. I've been looking into the tsp stage 1 for the non-si and I was wondering if my secondary o2 sensor could be failing. Any suggestions?

If you don't tune, an O2 sensor defouler could do the trick. Or get a KTuner... it has a checkbox to disable the code.
