I've been testing different maf housings and everytime i switch back to the stock airbox i get p0113 fault code and there's a whole lot of lights coming on too. This goes away after a day of driving back and Forth to work.
I don't think there's anything with the maf sensor because it performs normal after the code is gone.
Im full stock 1.5t non si on stock ECU No flash/no tune.
Anybody had this problem before?
I can test different housings, without the code coming on.But whenever i switch back to the stock airbox i get the code.

Are you disconnecting the battery before unplugging and replacing sensors?

clear the code it should be OK
Yes i cleared the code and all was ok .But this happens everytime i try a different maf housing.
I will try resetting the ecu with battery disconnect next time.
I'm also going to clean the maf sensor with special cleaner ,think it might be a little dirty ( with oil )from the k&n filter that i use to test.

On a positive note i'm getting close to finding something that works without tuning and the sound with the velocity stack style MAF housing is awesome.I Think it also works like a megaphone and makes the turbo and bypass valve sound even louder then with a normal short ram like prl for example.
