Going up to Maryville next month for CHD, what are some other notable mountain roads in the area that would be well suited for spirited driving?

I'm not as familiar with the TN side, but I used to live in Western NC and have taken some fun drives up there
The Foothills Parkway and Blue Ridge Parkway both have fun sections along with great views and hikes.
28 from Fontana Dam to Walhalla, SC (the Moonshiners Run) is a fantastic drive as well.
64 from Franklin, NC across western NC to Brevard and the Pisgah National Forest is fun as well with waterfalls and neat small towns around the way.
276 Brevard north to Waynesville through Pisgah has fun twisties and sights like Looking Glass Falls, Looking Glass Rock, and the Sliding Rock
