Thanks! This is the first car I've owned that I've modified. Proud for it to be 100% DIY, except welding up the custom exhaust..

Another photo of the exhaust: Stock resonator, magnaflow muffler, quad tip.

Got some carbon fiber interior trim to match the wheel on all four doors. Also did oil and coolant change - maintence first.

Looking into how to wire up the type R mode selector. It's simply a switch, on the type r it opens the circuit on different pins but on the SI's toggle they can be spliced together to be an on/off for sport mode.

I purchased the Private Label MFG collars. There are the Spoon, Magic Collar, and Private Label collars. PLM is known to be a "knockoff" brand but honestly I'm budget building out here, and I don't understand the hype to pay more for Honda heritage. If I had the choice again I would get the Magic Collar brand, their store is really responsive to questions whereas PLM has no instructions.

I'm intending to install them at the same time as the ACT S street clutch, KZCMC, and clutch line from Unity Performance

I'm more concerned with the material they are made out of because if they don't crush properly like they are supposed to then the subframe bolts can back out. Be sure you check on them after installing regularly.

I have all those same parts installed on my car. There is no "Stage 2" it's just the ACT Street with the full organic disc if that's indeed what you are talking about. It holds the power from my PRL turbo kit with not one single issue in the last 12k miles. It provides more pedal feel without being overbearing if driven daily. Be sure to pick up a new OEM throw-out bearing instead of using the ACT one in the kit. The OEM one is a lot more durable and will last longer.

Ah, got the terminology mixed up from the other kits on the market.

They're supposedly the same material, but I'll have to see what route I go. At this rate, I'll never get the clutch (been on backorder) and I'll never get to install the subframe collars lol.

Do you have by chance, or know of anyone who has the spoon collars? No one locally to me has used any type of subframe collar in any of their cars, and it makes me feel like it's a bit of a wash.

Not yet. I really want to find someone though so I can see if they are really worth the price for the Spoon ones.

Really enjoying the tints. You can hardly tell i have a mountain of car parts in the backseat.

Coming soon is prl race maf, catted downpipe and finally installing the dp/fp, and swapping for led 3000k fog lights and led brake / reverse lights.

Here's how the PLM ones look. They supposedly should be on par, it's not exactly a complex part, but I hear you. I might order the spoon ones also, compare, and make my install choice from there. Alot of users on here also have good results with the magic collar brand.

Few updates,

1. Have to keep checking motor mount torque,
2. Fuel line keeps falling out of retaining clip
3. Time to swap to my all seasons
4. ACT clutch would be on 7+ months backorder so I canceled it..
5. Picked up a brand new FX350 and brand new kzcmc locally. Need to grab an oem throwout bearing and stainless steel clutch line

Long time since I updated here. Sold the kzcmc and clutchmasters kit, got the vland sequential headlights, and 1 yr later started slipping in 5th... so I just ordered the rv6 clutch kit, another kzcmc, and related goodies. Time to get busy brothers.
