No at least not on N-xtc .N-Xtc can only be removed by sanding it off .A ceramic coating is different but most iron removers should be PH neutral.
If it's PH neutral it most likely Will not remove or damage the coating.
I asked the guy that did my coating on the car before and he said it doesn't damage it if it's PH neutral.

Would this be applicable to a SGP Hatch as well? I always get little black spots all over my car. Kinda look like someone took a sharpie or something and put little dots all over my car

My car is coated with N-xtc which was over $1000 .And it still gets these little spots .Just use iron x or similar products every 2 -3 months it gets rid of them.
The coating protects the paint and helps to get dirt of more easily, but it doesn't prevent dirt or metal particles to completely not stick onto the coating. There always Will be some that Will stick.
My car is coated also, planning to use iron-x .
Do you use the clay bar? Im planning on just to use the ironx

Start with just Iron X. Unless your car is really spotty, it will usually do the trick by itself. Follow up with a clay bar if there's anything left behind.

Will the Iron X will remove the ceramic coating?
No it doesn't affect the coating. As long as it's PH neutral.Same with shampoo's or other cleaners they need to be PH neutral.
The coating itself is baked on and rockhard ,only the topcoat can get affected from products.
Iron x is ph neutral, some aggressive cleaners (mostly those from carwashes) Will affect the topcoat.

Do not use a clay bar on your coating.
You only need to use iron x and a good wash Mit.All products that you use on a coated car should be PH neutral .
