Does anyone in europe have had a oil dilution fix done?
According to my Honda dealer they never heard of it over here.
This morning my oil light Came on,checked the oil and it was above max level.Had it checked several months ago but they said the oil level was normal.

I saw that at all the oil changes in the workshop, the level always exceeds the dipstick, when I changed the oil has always remained in the middle, for 6 months

Mine also came on a couple of weeks ago. I checked the oil and it was also above the dipstick maximum mark. I called the dealer about it and they said it's fine but when it comes again I must call them.
Well, guess what, today it came on again. Called them and they are going to call Honda about it what they have to do. I want an early oil change to be sure.
I drive short trips most of the time and with the colder weather the last couple of weeks, this could be te reason.

Well i drive long trips 60km a day, mostly highway so i don't know if short trips have anything to do with it.A friend of mine works at that dealership and already looked in the computer but there wasn't a service bulletin out for this problem yet.( In europe at least)
He said if i called or send a e-mail describing the problem they could call Honda and ask for a solution.
Btw i had my oil changed early at 10000km and now i am at 20000km.

Mine is going in tomorrow for an inspection. They're going to check for fault codes etc and an early oil change.
Only been driving for 6000km with this oil. My change intervals are at 10000km, I specifically asked this because of the short trips.

Basically, because this isn't a problem in Europe.

It seems they are just making the oil changes more often and that's it. No engines have gone off afaik in Europe because of this.

The european are always behind .Also Because there are much more Cars sold in the usa and China the problems are coming later in europe .(much less users)
And the 10th gen was only released from 2017 in europe.

I asked myself to change the oil this time because I want to be safe. I'm not risking of driving any loner with diluted oil. It's not normal that the oil warning light is coming on 2 times in 2 weeks.
Standard oil change is still at 20k according to the manual.

I'm one of the first who bought the 10th gen. I got it since march 2017. Only driven 26k since then.

Off course it's not normal.
Belgium is a colder country then Spain, especially in the winter. You also have driven more kilometers then me. Considering both I don't think you will have any problems.

Oil and filter is changed. They scanned for fault codes but nothing was found about the oil warning.
They always make me feel like I'm exaggerating, like I'm seeing ghosts and there is nothing wrong with it....

Same here ,when i said the oil level was above max. and i went by to get them to check the oil level it was fine.
I checked it myself 3-4 times and was above the max.
Anyway i got a response from the dealer and they were going to contact Honda Belgium and ask if there is a solution.
