I have bought them for last cars and just wondering if it’s worth it with the 1.5t? I notice a lot run them but it’s it something that is actually needed ?

I use CRC turbo and intake valve cleaner every 10k miles, I use fuel system cleaner gas tank additive before every oil change, and i have a Mishimoto oil catch can that I started using at 28k miles.

Does anybody know how to use an oscilloscope to look at the back of the valves on this engine? What needs to be removed?

You'll need to remove the intake manifold to access the valves. I wouldn't recommend it this early. Plan on doing so after 100k miles, especially since you run the intake cleaner every 10k...

I installed one for the peach of mind. 10th Gen civic seems like doing well so far though. I havent heard any oil dilution.
