Oil additive from the dealer?

Does anyone know why the Honda dealerships are adding MOA treatment for every oil change?
I'm assuming its just to jack up the price of a lube job? They charge about $90+ for an oil and filter job.....

First time I hear that.
Approved oil never need additive.

Dealer ( like to many of them ) want your money.
I never go to my dealer.

I do my oil change myself on our 2 family Civic. It is so easy and cost me less than $50
