Has anyone that has tuned their intake and exhaust, specifically with using a high-flow cat as well, gone to get their e-check with them installed or have you had to take them all off everytime to then reinstall the stock parts to pass?

Do certain counties in Ohio require emissions testing? I have yet to hear about that in Northwest Ohio now living near Bellefountaine.

The Ohio House Resolution did pass to remove the remaining E-Check needed for all vehicles but the EPA stated that its still mandated to remain in certain counties under the Federal Clean Air Act. While they continue in hopes in changing the federal act to remove it, its still required in these counties: Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage, and Summit counties.

As long as you don't have a check engine light on you'll be fine. I've always used the self service stations and previously passed my old 8th gen si with no cat with no issues.
