Did you take off the 10mm nut on the wastegate actuator?
I sure hope not. Calibrating that thing will haunt me for many moons. Lots of trial and error.

I found the best way was to just to set it so it's basically at max length and flush with the threads. Then keep shorting by 1 turn at a time till it was 8 on the waste gate position sensor. And "rebooting" the car in between each adjustment.

I also broke 1 and had to order another.

Guys I really need your help. I got some really bad news after recording datalogs for drobs tune. He told me I have a major install error and that its not reaching the commanded boost target. HELP!? What do I do. I have had a string of bad luck in life lately and this is just too much.
Busted a few brain cells and I think I have an answer. You may have to add shims to adjust the seated position of the actuator. When Eman was prototyping the prl turbo he welded the mount for the actuator to the housing and I think that was what he had to do.
ill be seeing him tomorrow and find out more details

even with that the wastegate doesn't close completely he still gets some boost leak. have you gone over all your piping and vaccum lines might have a small leak thats bleeding off pressure
