IMO, CBP is the best color for a Civic Coupe. I will buy a SI soon but I am not sure if I would buy a CBP.

Before the current Mercedes, I had a black Honda Prelude. That was many years ago before I learnt about detailing. I now detail my car religiously but it is an easy task because it is silver. If I buy a CBP Civic, I may be a slave of it.

How do you guys deal with swirls, scratches on your cars?

Meguir Ultimate Polish, Swirl X, and Compound
These are exactly the products I use. I have been using Meguiars products for many years. I have been extremely careful when washing my car, like the 2-bucket wash and wash from top then bottom, my car is still full of swirls. Good it does not show since it is silver,

I never have swirl marks in my CBP. I do have scratches now and then. I use Meguire's Ultimate Compound.
