Oem Si wheels and sport wheels side by side

So, backstory, I have a 2017 hatch. My stock wheels are tore up to hell and back...

Anyway. I bought some si stockies to replace mine. They look identical but, have some small differences..

Si wheels are indeed made by enkei, stamped and everything. Sport wheels though, similar in look, are not made by enkei. Also, sport wheels are a shade darker. Not sure if it was the tires but, the si wheels may be a lb or two lighter..

Just wanted to post my findings!

Interesting indeed.

I put Si wheels on my EX-T a little while back, and have enjoyed then. Driving to work yesterday morning, in the dark, I hit a pothole that bottomed out the suspension with a nasty thunk. A similar event destroyed a brand-new tire about a month after I installed the new wheels, and this latest event gave me flashbacks. Thank goodness, the tire came though okay this time. Both on the LF. Reason for mentioning this is because the Si wheel has withstood this abuse quite well. As much as I'd like a set of lightweight aftermarket wheels, I'm glad to have the extra beef of OEM wheels.
