Oem offset on aftermarket wheels?

I plan on buying new wheels for my car. My oem wheels have an offset of +38. The ones I am getting are +22. Should I run into any problems at all? I do not plan on lowering it or anything. The new ones are deep lip wheels.

You will probably get more knowledgeable responses from the other section of the forum since your OEM offset differs from the Type-R +60 offset
