Expand your market. Your spacers WILL work with OEM wheels. The lug studs seem fine, they can reuse their OEM lug nuts and not use the ones provided in the picture.

Is there something I am missing that makes these not work for OEM wheels....?

20mm will need some trimming on oem studs so they wont hit the wheel and sit flush, thats the reason i think the seller saids it .
