Odd Intake/Turbo Sound?

Hey everyone! I have a 2016 Civic Touring with a PRL SRI and Ktuner running Phearable 1.5 (using good quality 91 octane with average knock control around 0.49-0.55). I've noticed if i'm on the gas just say about 60% throttle where i'm at peak boost and just hold it there for a bit I start getting almost a fluttering/sputtering sound and i'm not sure whether it's just the intake induction sound or my turbo. Does this sound like an issue? or is it because when i'm at peak boost just sitting there as it is bouncing around the boost target. I have attached a video that shows me sitting at 3k RPM and also includes my tuner view screen (this was on map 2). Just want to know if this is normal as I have just noticed it recently but has my SRI on for about 6 months now. Sorry if it is hard to hear in the video due to road noise. I sent the video to PRL and they said it may be a small boost leak somewhere, has anyone experienced a sound like this. Thanks!
