as a prep to finally tuning my si, i wanted to see how the engine parameters acted before hand. just regular driving as well as a nice long interstate trip. 91 octane.
kcon- went as high as .69 on some heavy duty incline driving, along with over 200 water temp (109 out side.). normal freeway cruising is at .49 to the low 50's. takes a long time (?) to recover to .49 sometimes. higher kcon carries till next start. around town never goes above .60 . and its varying all the time. highway mileage is from la to phoenix with 1o9 temps. iat's were in the 130's.

kcount- shifting sets it off mostly. never have a lot of em. but enough of them to know that most if not all are not real knocks'

water temp- seem to have a 180 normal operating temp, but does go to 190 with hot freeway driving. even hotter sometimes up real long grades. temp gauge does not seem to ever move.

fuel trim- 0 to 3% at all times.
