NY emissions "not ready" inspection crunch

Welp here's to my first post here.......
I have a 2017 si and unfortunately I can't get the emissions to pass. Monitors catalyst and o2 not ready. I have a prl cobra race Cai, boomba bov, ktuner v1.2 ( MAPerformance stage 1 tune) and MAPerformance race front pipe and exhaust. Anyone have any possibilities to get it to pass?

Is your BOV vent to atmosphere? If yes, remove it and put it back to stock.

Question what did you do to your BOV to passed? I do not have my original BOV anymore and I believe I have BOV close to closed? (I think)
