Did you have a vin# to give?

Update: so that online retailer sent me a confirmed order email, verifying my order. I called today to check the status of the order and they told me it was cancelled due to no ETA on the wheels......no notification, wouldn't have known if I didn't check

Found another online acura parts website that listed them for about the same price with shipping. Ends up being a dealer so I just placed the order with the parts guy over the phone. Before confirming my order, he called Acura to confirm an ETA due to the backorder and was told 5-7 days.

Just a heads up, I did have to provide an FIF NSX vin for him to put the order through on these, as they are an optional wheel.

Ya, I used a vin off an NSX that had those exact gray interwoven wheels equipped from the factory.

They will only approve it if the correct wheel AND color came equipped on that specific car. So if you want polished interwoven wheels, you would need another NSX vin which came with those polished wheels.

For those that ordered Black Ti lug nuts form Danny.

Do not use a impact. You will wreck the coating around the lug nuts. Use a size 20 socket and use electric tape on the inside. Hand tight and then use the torque wrench. This will save the coating from getting scuffed.

Can’t wait to get my wheels!
The stock wheels with 255/35 currently weighs 56.6 pounds ☠

I've been using my impact on the the last 12 months (probably 10-12 tire changes) without issue.

Also thanks to @apexit53 for my second set of NSX wheels!

Teaser with the paint matched center caps. Currently getting ceramic coated before wrapping them with Michelin PS4S's.

Did you get that custom mixed or is there a Honda paint code you just get a replacement bottle of?

I had a body shop do them. They used a factory acura color code and it came out pretty identical to the OEM acura caps that came with the wheels.

Forget the name of the color though.
