Noob question about wheel offset

Hey guys, I’ve got a noob question. I have a 2018 Civic Si sedan and am currently shopping around for wheels. If the the only difference in the set I’m looking at is that the offset is going from 50mm to 35mm, would I also have to change my tires?

You'll be fine if it's an 18x8 wheel. It will just be a bit more flush with the lower offset.
