With the arrival of my PRL intercooler kit I finally have all my parts ready to schedule a shop day at my brother's garage to install. Hopefully will be early to mid August.

This round includes-
-PRL intercooler kit
-Blox racing 58mm throttle body
-PRL stainless clutch line
-Whiteline 26mm rear sway bar kit
-Removal of the slave cylinder delay valve

What do you guys/girls have ready to install? I can't be the only one hoarding parts on here.

I’ve been eyeballing the blox tb and fk8 one. Curious how much of a difference it will make. Either way, nice round of mods going in, and out haha

Just from word of mouth I heard the throttle body makes zero difference, curious to see your results but you won’t know if you do them all at once I suppose

Yeah I bought it months ago then read the same thing. I'm increasing the intercooler tubing diameter to 2.5" so the next restriction in flow would be throttle body. I'm sure with a turbo upgrade it would make more sense. Oh well. And yeah will be hard to tell now.

I had my rmm and flex fuel kit waiting to be installed for like a month, but finally got around to those last weekend.
Now I’m just slowly trying to determine what clutch I need now. After the flex fuel I know my shit is about to start slipping.

Will do! I’ve just started to doing the research, but my early options are looking like either Eman’s type r retrofit or clutch masters FX400. Just don’t know whether or not I’m gonna go with a Single mass flywheel or keep the OEM flywheel.
just need to do the research and figure out the costs. might upgrade the CMC too if it’s not out stock.

I listen to fast and furious while I install my parts slow and happy. I was one of the first to get the 27won TIP and probably the last one to install. I still have their intercooler to put in. That’s after this round of installs. @manitobabluesi

Finally got around to Installing all my inventory of parts today. She's spicy now!! ?

The blox 58mm throttle body I much bigger than stock, and the intake manifold has like 1mm of lip, in other words the TB is 1mm bigger than manifold opening. But thats still much more flow than the stock throttle body. I think it is worth while, especially once I upgrade turbo. The intercooler piping was bigger than stock TB so that was the biggest restriction besides turbo.

And the 26mm rear sway bar is no joke, the cars handling has improved greatly. Turn in is much quicker and the car feels more balanced. Probably the most noticable mod I have done to the car.
