Hi all,

Is it recommended to include alignment in my installation for new wheels? (Si rims)

Currently switching from 16 inch to 18 inch on my Honda Civic sedan. Already made an appointment to get it installed on Saturday. They gave me a quote for it. Balance and install $60 and alignment is $90. So total is $150. Is it expensive or is there a better affordable price lower than that?

Let me know ASAP! Thanks!

Seems like a legit price, for an alignment ...

However, if the car doesn't have any alignment issues now (abnormal tire wear, weird suspension clunks/noises while driving or car pulling left or right), there's no real need to do an alignment when you install the new wheels.

Will it hurt the car, to have it aligned? No
But, if it ain't broke or bothersome, why mess with it.
