Just got some new 18x9 wheels with some 215/35/R18 lionhart tires and the PSI was set to 40. My 215/55/R16 stock tires were at 35 and that is what is recommended. My question is, should the PSI be 35 on my new tires too? After installation, my TPS came on.

Just adjust to recommended pressure. More importantly, why did you significantly undersize the tire? Your new tire/wheel combo is almost 1.5" smaller in diameter.
