Hello, I don't know the appropriate forum to post this, so please move it, if necessary. I'm a new user and I've been trying for hours to upload pictures of a paint defect my car has, but I keep getting an error message. The images have been resized to 1440 x 1080. Is that too big? It doesn't tell me. I see the attachment being uploaded, then an error pops up. I've tried Firefox and IE. Earlier this evening, the forum was down completely, so I thought that had something to do with it. However, I'm still unable to upload images. Please let me know, thank you.

I believe we have the upload issues resolved now. Please let us know if it continues.

Hello, thank you for the quick response. I just tried it again and get the same message "The following error occurred...There was a problem uploading your file"

When you resize a pic, look at the file size, not pic size.

What's the file size of what you're trying to upload?

Try uploading the same files now. We've made a setting change.

I just tried it again and it still gives me the same error message. The file size for one of the pictures is 283kb.

It should definitely fit then. I think the max is 700?

I read another thread on here where people were having the same issue. Hopefully it gets resolved.
