Will this design increase the likelihood of rocks hitting the condenser?

P.S. I've replaced my grille with an ebay one 2 years ago, broke the emblem push pins, and 3M double sided tape has held it in place with no problem

Not really. Small rocks can already make it through the top and bottom parts of the factory grille and bumper. Best just to try to avoid going behind large trucks! :)

Hi, being from the northeast when winter time comes. Will this grill have any effect different for the temperatures warming up the vehicle when moving from cold start to oem? I don't really want to be idle to much. Thank you

It shouldn't affect that at all. Remember when the thermostat is closed (due to temps being too cold) your coolant is not even circulating through the radiator, so it's not really cooling anything at that point.
